The Royal Savannah Forum (RSF) is a Non for Profit that advances a development vision that integrates investment opportunities with the priorities and stewardship of traditional authorities, Elders, and host communities across the NSEZ. Through high-level investment dialogues, trade and sector expos, cultural and tourism showcases, and structured diaspora engagement, RSF establishes a trusted and socio-culturally aligned investment environment, purpose built to deliver inclusive, resilient, and long-term prosperity.

SavannahFest advances inclusive economic opportunities through its Business Expo, which is expected to catalyze investment, provide local enterprises with global visibility, and expand market access. Diaspora investment and cultural tourism revenues generated through the festival ecosystem contribute directly to household incomes and poverty reduction in Northern Ghana.
SavannahFest stimulates entrepreneurship, MSME growth, and job creation across tourism, agribusiness, creative industries, and services.
